Mermaids

I've been doodling mermaids all my life, everywhere, yet bizarrely I have very few finished pictures of any. I hope to remedy this.

This was not intended to be anything other than a mermaid riding a narwhal's back during sunset. Only while uploading to DeviantArt did I realize how else it could be interpreted (when I almost titled the picture "Evening Ride"). If you want to read this
