Lilith

At the moment, this is just a random mermaid, named Lilith because the name just sounded fitting. This was one of many random mermaid drawings; this one is so random, I can't even tell if she's in an ocean or a lake. I'm thinking a lagoon, maybe?

If I decide to turn this mermaid into a full-on character for some project, I'll update this description with more info.
